KUALA LUMPUR: The Tourism Ministry is baffled by claims from Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) agents that its online application process is complicated and problematic for applicants.

Its Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen, said she had not heard any negative comment about the programme and urged Vosta HRD (MM2H) Sdn Bhd managing director Lee Hock Leong to write to the ministry about his grouses reported in a newspaper.

"This is the first time I am hearing negative comments about the MM2H programme," she said.
